San Juan County Responds to Monument Announcement

 It was a cold day but a heated Press Conference in Monticello Dec. 29, the day after President Obama's NM designation.  Citizens made it abundantly clear that San Juan County is not Happy about the Bears Ears National Monument.  About 300 people gathered to listen and support County and City Leaders, Local citizens, State representatives, and leaders from neighboring counties.
